In college, I spent my mornings at a campus flower shop building bouquets for birthdays, apologies, anniversaries, and everything in between. I didn't expect this (below) minimum wage job to shape the way I think creatively, but somehow it did.

Every bouquet had to catch someone's eye, communicate something without words, and feel like it was made especially for them. 

 

The experience taught me to obsess over details, experiment constantly, and trust that the smallest changes can have the biggest impact.

 

That's the same mindset I bring to art direction. The best creative work is both structured yet spontaneous and is shaped by patience, hard work, and a genuine love for the process.
